Derek, if you're using Windows, go to the Accessibility option and select the Magnifier, then select the level of magnification you want. I'm on a W98se machine right now and it's Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessiblity > Magnifier. I have a W2k machine at work and will check it tomorrow to see if it's in the same place. Anybody with XP here to say whether that path is still good in XP?

It should open up a new window on your screen above your original window which will also stay open, and the magnified window will reflect how you move your cursor in the original window.

There's also a way to do it with OSX, but someone else will have to tell you what it is, if that's what you're using -- I don't have access to any Macs.
